Fiambre: Its literally means cold drink in Colombian language. But it specially denotes a Colombian traditional dish and it is a combination of rice meat, plantains, potatoes, egg and chorizo, vegetable etc. before baked or steamed, it is wrapped in plantains leaf and served on also banana leaf.
Tamales: These are ancient Mesoamerican traditional food dish make with masa or cornmeal. Masa is stuffed with meat, vegetables, cheese, fruits, chilis etc then wrapped in corn husks or banana leaves then steamed until cooked well.
Aguapanela: it is also familiar as panela water, a traditional south American drink. This drink is made from unrefined cane sugar (panela) dissolved in boiling water. It is famous beverage of Latin America and often served hot and cold.
